SERVICES
Creative Lawn Cards provide all occasion customized yard greetings for residences and businesses. Services include set up and take down. We provide yard greetings for your special event or milestone. Book your customized yard greeting today and be sure to reserve your special date!
Creative Lawn Cards deliver and set up your customized yard greeting between
6:00-9:00pm the evening prior to the booked date or 5:00-8:00am the morning of booking. Pick up will be after 6:00pm on the booked date. Booking times are only for 1 day between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm, any additional time and/or day will be charged an additional fee.
Our service areas include: Athens, Harvest, Madison, Huntsville, Decatur, Elkmont, and surrounding areas.

NOTE:
An additional mileage fee applies to any area outside of a 20 mile radius of 35613.
PLEASE give us at least a 48 hour notice for your booking. Any notice that is less than 48 hours is subject to an additional fee based on the booking schedule.
REFUND POLICIES
1. To cancel your booking, you must provide a 48-hour notice and you will receive 1/2 of your booking rate back as a refund.
IF YOU CANCEL LESS THAN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKED DATE, NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED.
2. In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rains, high winds, or any other weather event that would put one in harm's way. We can reschedule the date (if applicable) or refund you your booking rate.
3. NO REFUND will be given due to the client giving the wrong address.
4. NO REFUND will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.
5. NO REFUND will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.
6. NO REFUND will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display that are out of our control.
RENTAL AND RESERVATION POLICIES
1. Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation/date. PLEASE give us at least a 48 hour notice for your booking. Any notices that are less than 48 hours will be charged additional fee.
2. You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display(s). You will be charged the amount it will cost for it to be replaced.
3. For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on it. Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.
4. We do ask that you take pride in your lawn greeting display and treat it with respect.
5. Please do not move the items. Please do not throw lawn display items in the garbage, or vandalize our signs. Even if you do not like the display gift given to you, these items ARE our property and business. It is best to notify the honoree to not harm the display, as you are still responsible for it.
6. Please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, weedeaters, dogs playing, urinating, defecating, etc.
7. Please DO NOT attach balloons, if not purchased or set up by us, to any part of the display. Balloons get hot in the sun. If a hot balloon blows against our signs, our sign may become damaged.
8. If you have a LAWN CREW coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up or AFTER we take down.
9. We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. However, please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground.
10. Creative Lawn Cards and all representatives are NOT responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set up and removal of any rental.
